A Little About Us
We have been a family owned and operated business since 1982. Neil Johnson, Randy Johnson, Neil's son Eric & Eric's wife Tricia are the people you will meet. Neil bought this property in 1978, before Sahuarita Road was paved. The bare property has seen a ton of changes since that time and is still constantly being improved. Neil started his enterprise with a mechanic shop. He expanded by adding a salvage yard and towing business. A small rv storage lot was started back then but did not really grow until recently. Neil has donated the use of some land to the Green Valley Garden Club who participate in community gardening, food donation, and education.
Our goal for the storage portion of our business is to provide a convenient affordable way for our community to store their toys. Our lot is not as fancy as other storage facilities, we have no plans to pave the roads and climate controlled enclosed units seem like over kill, but our prices will always reflect that difference. What we do offer is a large graveled lot with generously sized spaces.
To help keep costs down we do not have a person waiting behind a counter. Anytime you have a question or need our attention we ask that you call or email us. There is almost always some one who can be available right away but calling before you come is important.
We are located just minuets away from Rancho Sahuarita, a few miles from Quail Creek, and about 15 minuets south of Tucson. We are about 3 miles East of I-19 off exit 75, Sahuarita Rd.
